SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 2/12/2016, at approximately 1405 hours, Vermont State Police responded to a
single vehicle crash on I-93 south in the town of Waterford, VT near MM 3.4.
Operator Donald G. Dionne, of Valrico, FL, was travelling south at approximately
55 MPH when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow covered roadway and

overturned in the median.
