sexual assault or domestic violence.)

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On February 27, 2017 State Police responded to a report of a dispute at a residence on Hemlock Rd., St. George.   It was determined a firearm was displayed in the

incident.  None of the parties involved were injured.

 

As a result of the investigation, Christopher Newhall was charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person and 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault.  

 

Newhall was processed at the State Police barracks in Williston and subsequently lodged at Chittenden Regional Correctional Center for lack of $10,000 bail.
