SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On January 13, 2017 at approximately 11:43 am, the Vermont State Police received a shoplifting complaint from the Second Hand Shop in Townshend.  A member of the State Police initiated an investigation and found that Ms. Mandy Marie Cummings, 43 of Chester (VT), had taken a woman’s scarf and jacket from the store without paying for the goods.                         

 

On 02/02/17, Ms. Cummings was issued a citation for Retail Theft and ordered to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division in Windham on March 28, 2017 at 8:00 am for arraignment.
