SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
                On 02/26/2017, members of the Vermont State Police responded to the Vermont/New Hampshire state line on VT RT 123 to assist members of the New Hampshire State Police. The Vermont State Police were informed that a driver in New Hampshire nearly caused a collision with a New Hampshire State Trooper. The vehicle was stopped after it crossed into Vermont
            Upon arrival, the operator was identified as Tammy C. Olsen, 45, of Lyme, New Hampshire. Further investigation revealed that she was operating her vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The results of her preliminary breath test were .253%.
            Ms. Olsen was arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks where she was fingerprinted, processed for DUI, and released.
