SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/25/17 at approximately 2009 hours Troopers conducted a traffic stop which resulted in a DUI arrest. Troopers observed a vehicle traveling northbound erratically on RT 7A in Arlington and conducted a traffic stop. The operator identified as Stephen Purcell displayed indicators of being impaired. After a brief investigation Purcell was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. After processing Purcell was issued a citation and released. He is to appear in Bennington court on 03/13/17 to answer to the charge.
