SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 9th, 2017 at approximately 2224 hours, Richmond Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 89, following a traffic violation. The operator of the vehicle, Raymond N. Duprat was later identified as a person of interest regarding a complaint filed with the Vermont State Police Williston Barracks. Williston Troopers responded to the area and subsequently arrested Duprat for suspicion of driving under the influence. Duprat transported to the Williston Barracks where he was processed for DUI and released on a citation to answer to the charge of DUI.
