SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:


On February 24, 2017 at approximately 10:52 PM Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop for defective equipment on I-4 in West Rutland.  Investigation revealed that the operator, George Aspenwall, 40, of Fair Haven, Vt, was operating with a criminally suspended license.  Aspenwall was convicted of DWI 2 on April 23, 2011 which resulted in his license being criminally suspended.  Aspenwall was cited into Rutland Superior Court on April 3, 2017 and, released to a valid driver.  The court date and time are subject to change at the discretion of the court.  Please call the criminal court clerk to confirm arraignment time.
