SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On the above date and time, Vermont State Police in Royalton were notified of a single vehicle accident on Route 12 in Woodstock. Troopers responded to the area and made contact with the operator, Kevin Welch. Welch was operating a fully loaded fuel truck owned by the Dead River Company. Investigation revealed that Welch was traveling north on Route 12 when the vehicle he was operating drifted off the east side of the roadway which caused it to roll onto the passenger side. The vehicle sustained moderate damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. No fuel was spilled due to the accident. At the time of the accident it was snowing and the roadway was snow covered.
