SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 16, 2017 at approximately 6:15 P.M., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 North in the Town of Rockingham, Vermont. Investigation revealed that the operator, Dennis Smith was in violation of conditions of release at the time of the stop. Smith was arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks where he was fingerprinted and photographed. Rich Perra, of the Windham County Superior Court was contacted and issued conditions of release for Smith. Smith was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
