SUMMARY OF CRASH: State Police responded to a two vehicle crash on Memorial Drive at the intersection of Depot Hill Road in St. Johnsbury. Investigation found that Randy Stevens had failed to yield to traffic turning from Memorial Drive onto Depot Hill Road. Stevens' 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan collided with a 2016 Honda HRV driven by Stephanie Noyes.

  Noyes was transported via ambulance to NVRH for observation. Stevens was arrested for suspicion of DUI drugs and processed for same at the St. Johnsbury barracks. Criminal charges are pending the results of a blood test. Stevens was issued a traffic citation for failing to yield.
