SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 2/11/17 at approximately 2355 hours Vermont State Police observed a 2015
Nissan Versa stuck in a snow bank at the intersection of Route 15 and Route
108S in Jeffersonville. Through further investigation the operator, Meghan
Begins (27), showed signed of impairment. Begins provided a preliminary breath
sample of .138% on scene. Begins was placed under arrest and transported to the
Williston State Police Barracks for Processing. Begins was cited to appear
before Lamoille Criminal Court for the offense Driving Under the Influence #1 on
3/1/17 at 1230 hours.
