SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 02-22-17, at approximately 1646 hours, State Police initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle on Interstate 89, near mile marker 103.2, Milton (Southbound).  The operator was identified as Brian Corwell.  It was learned that Corwell’s license was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont.  Additionally, Corwell has Conditions of Release from a prior court case not allowing him to operate a motor vehicle unless he has a valid license.  Corwell was taken into custody and later released on a citation to appear in the Chittenden County Court on April 25th, 2017 for Driving License Suspended and Violation of Conditions of Release.
