VIOLATION: Custodial Interference, Harboring a Runaway

               
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
                On the above date and time State Police in Middlesex received information a 16-year-old juvenile who is currently in the custody of the VT Department for Children and Families, on runaway status, was at a residence in Williamstown.  Upon following up with that information, the juvenile was located with Noah Isham of Williamstown at the residence of Kate-lynn Isham and Rebecca Martin.  All three parties were issued citations and are scheduled to appear at the Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer to the charges of Custodial Interference and Harboring a Runaway.  Noah was taken into custody and transported to the Middlesex Barracks for processing and is scheduled to appear on 2/21/17 at 1230 hours.  Kate-lynn and Rebecca were issued citations and are scheduled to appear on 4/5/17.
