SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On February 4, 2017 at approximately 2037 hours the Vermont State responded to a
report of a single motor vehicle crash with injuries near the intersection of
Georgia Mountain Road and Arrow Head Lake Road in Georgia, VT.

The Vermont State Police arrived on scene and observed a 2015 green Toyota
Corolla overturned, partially blocking the westbound lane of traffic on Arrow
Head Lake Road. AM Care Ambulance services and the Georgia Fire Department were
on scene and removed the female operator from the vehicle. The operator was
identified as Alicia Kane (28) who provided an on site PBT of .132%. Kane was
transported to the Northwest Medical Center to be treated for her injuries. A
sample of Kane's blood was obtained and submitted to the Vermont Forensic
Laboratory for further analysis.

On February 16, 2017 Kane came into the VSP St. Albans barracks where she was
fingerprinted, processed, and released on a citation to appear at the Franklin
County Superior Court on March 6, 2016 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of
Driving While Under the Influence.
