LOCATION: The Georgia Elementary and Middle School located at 4416 Ethan allen

Highway in Georgia, VT.

VIOLATION: Driving While Under the Influence, a violation of Title 23, V.S.A.

Section 1201.

 

ACCUSED: Nicole Bigelow                                           

AGE: 24

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Georgia, VT.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On February 16, 2017 at approximately 2114 hours the Vermont State Police

received a report of an intoxicated female at the Georgia Elementary and Middle

School in Georgia, VT.

 

The Vermont State Police arrived on scene and identified the female as Nicole

Bigelow, (24). Investigation revealed that Bigelow had operated a 2003 Toyota

Corolla to the scene while under the influence alcohol. Bigelow was placed under

arrest and transported to the VSP St. Albans barracks for fingerprinting and

processing. Bigelow was released on a citation to appear to the Franklin Coutyn

Superior Court on March 6, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of Driving

While Under the Influence.
