VIOLATION: Criminal DLS, a violation of Title 23, V.S.A. Section 674.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 3, 2017 the Vermont State Police were
conducting motor vehicle patrol on U.S. Route 7 in the town of Georgia, VT.
At approximately 2227 hours, the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle
stop of a black 2002 Acura near the intersection of U.S. Route 7 and Oakland Station Road in Georgia, VT. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Gary Burrows, 35, from Burlington, VT. Burrows driver's license was under criminal suspension. Burrows was released on a citation to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court on February 21, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of Driving While License Suspended, a violation of Title 23, V.S.A. Section 674.
