LOCATION: US RT 7 at the intersection of West Street, Rutland City, Vermont

VIOLATION: Operating with a Criminally Suspended License

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Rutland City, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 2nd, 2017, at approximately 2306 hours, Troopers from the Rutland Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop on US RT 7 in Rutland City, Vermont.

 

Through investigation it was determined that the operator, Jay M. Powers, was operating with a criminally suspended driver’s license. Powers was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland Town, for fingerprinting and processing. Powers was issued a citation to appear on April 3rd 2017 at the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer to the charge of operating with a criminally suspended license.
