VIOLATION: Violation of a Relief from Abuse Order

 

ACCUSED:  Michael Scott Sousis

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 02-25-2017, at approximately 2108 hours, Troopers of the Vermont State Police responded to RT 9 in Woodford, Vermont for a possible Violation of a Relief from Abuse Order.

 

Upon arrival, an investigation ensued. It was found that Michael Scott Sousis violated a Relief from Abuse Order by contacting the victim when the order prevented him from doing so. Michael Scott Sousis was arrested on 02-26-2017 for the above offense and released on conditions to appear in the Bennington County Court, Criminal Division, on 02-28-2017 at 1230 hours.
