SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 18, 2017, at approximately 12:26 AM, the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Route 103, near the junction of School Bus Depot Road, in the town of Rockingham, for traveling faster than the posted 50 mph speed limit. During the stop, it was determined that the operator, Franklin C. Bradley was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bradley was arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. He was later issued a citation and ordered to appear in Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on February 28, 2017, prior to being released.
