SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On January 21, 2017, at 0601 hours, the Vermont State Police were notified of a two vehicle crash in the town of Guildhall, VT, that occurred in a driveway off of U.S Rt. 2 near the bridge to New Hampshire. Upon arrival, the operator Quesnel, stated that when he came off of the bridge he lost control of his vehicle. When he attempted to break he stated his vehicle kept going. Quesnel could not avoid colliding with a parked vehicle in the driveway. Investigation revealed Vehicle 1, heading West on Route 2, failed to maintain his lane of travel due to his speed and the road conditions, a violation of title 23 1038, roadways laned for traffic, and 1081(a) too fast for conditions. There were no injuries. Quesnel was issued a warning for Driving too fast for Conditions.
