SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to Cumberland Farms located at 957 Broad St. in the Town of Lyndonville for a reported theft. Investigation revealed that Vincent Keithan (39) of Concord, VT stole a cell phone left on the counter of the store. That cell phone was owned by Courtney Humphrey (19) of Burke, VT. Keithan was located and issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court for the charge of Petit Larceny.
