SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 01/29/2017 at approximately 0011 hours the Vermont State Police affected a motor vehicle stop on VT Route 36 in Fairfield, VT after observation of erratic operation.  The subsequent investigation yielded that the operator, 21 year-old Kyle Maskell of Swanton, VT, was operating his vehicle while under the influence of drugs. 

 

Maskell was processed at the St. Albans Field Station.  During the processing Maskell provided an evidentiary sample of his blood.  This result is pending. 


At the conclusion of the processing Maskell was released with a citation to appear in Franklin County District Court on 02/21/2017 at 1:00pm to answer the charge of DUI.
