SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 1/30/17 at approximately 1136 hrs the Vermont State Police stopped Gregory Noyes on VT RT 30 in Dorset VT for a vehicle inspection violation.  Police determined that Noyes was under the influence of alcohol.  Noyes provided a preliminary breath test that indicated his BAC to be .165%. 

Noyes was placed under arrest for Driving Under Influence of alcohol.  Noyes was released on a citation to appear in Bennington Superior Court on 2/13/17.
