SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 01/06/17, the State Police responded to the Craig Smith residence for a

landlord/tenant dispute. The landlord, Craig Smith had requested the tenant, Scott Forkey

turn off a light. Scott Forkey refused the request and a physical altercation ensued.

EMS was called to evaluate Smith and Forkey, both declined transport.

 

Craig Smith and Scott Forkey were both issued citations to appear in Orange County Court on 01/25/17 to answer the charge of Simple Assault.
