VIOLATION: Sale of Heroin (1) count, Violation of Conditions of Release (1) count

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Members of the Vermont Drug Task Force arrested Robert Grady on January 31, 2017, for sale of heroin and violation of conditions of release. Robert Grady was arrested for sale of heroin in February 2016 and again on January 25, 2017, for sale of heroin and sale of cocaine base. Further investigation revealed that Grady was continuing to sell heroin since his release on January 25, 2017. In the days following his release, members of the Vermont Drug Task Force coordinated a controlled purchase of heroin from Grady. Robert Grady was arrested without incident on January 31, 2017 in Rutland City.

 

Grady was processed at the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland and lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility on $20,000 bail. Grady will appear at the Rutland Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division on February 1, 2017.
