SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 31 Dec 2016 at approximately 1512 hours, US Customs and Border Protection
requested assistance from Vermont State Police for a suspect with a large amount
of illegal drugs.

Subsequent investigation revealed that Patrick St. Pierre, 35 years old of
Longueuil, Quebec, was in possession of marjuana (felony amount), possession of
depressants, selling/ dispersing ecstasy.
