SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 12-31-2016 at approximately 2348 hours the Vermont State Police stopped Stanford A. Vincent (41) of Manchester, VT on Richville Road, located in the Town of Manchester for speeding. Upon making contact with Vincent it was believed he was under the influence of alcohol. Vincent was screened roadside and submitted a preliminary breath sample revealing a .136% BAC. Vincent was arrested, processed and released on a criminal citation to appear in Bennington Superior Court-Criminal Division on 01-16-2017 at 0815 hours to answer to the charge of Driving while Under the Influence-Alcohol.
