SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 19th 2016 at approximately 1951 hours, Troopers

with the VT State Police responded to the report of a car off the road into a

snowbank on VT Route 25 in Corinth. Troopers investigation revealed that the

operator of the vehicle (Danielle Puleo) was traveling south on VT Route 25, when

she lost control of her vehicle and struck a snowbank which was in front of a

guardrail, causing minor damage to the front of her vehicle. Puleo was taken into

custody for suspicion of DUI and was transported to the Bradford VT State Police

Outpost for processing. Following processing Puleo was released with a citation

to appear in the Orange County Superior Court on January 4th 2016 to answer to

the charge of DUI.
