SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On January 28, 2017 at approximately 0117 hours, troopers from the Vermont State Police –Rutland Barracks were notified of a family fight which occurred at a residence on East Road in the Town of Benson. Investigation revealed that Stephen M. Hall caused bodily injury to a family or household member. Hall also prevented the victim from contacting 911 during this incident.

 

Hall was located at his residence and taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland where he was processed. He was later transferred into the custody of the Vermont Department of Corrections. He is scheduled to appear for arraignment at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on January 30, 2017 at 1230 hours.
