SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 19, 2017, at approximately 1918 hours, Troopers from the Rutland Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Route 133 in the Town of Clarendon, Vermont.
Through investigation it was determined that the operator, Roxanne Phelps, had a criminally suspended driver’s license. Phelps was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland Town, for fingerprinting and processing. Phelps was issued a citation to appear on March 13th 2017 at the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer to the charge of operating with a criminally suspended license.
