SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, State Police stopped Swahn for a speeding violation and for crossing the center line.  Swahn was found to be under the influence of intoxicants.  A preliminary breath test shows a BAC of .179%.  Swahn was taken into custody and processed for DUI.  Swahn was released on a citation and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court - Criminal Division on 01/26/17
