SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 01/01/2017 at approximately 11:58 am, a member of the Vermont State Police, Westminster Station, responded to VT RT 30 in the Town of Townshend for a reported two vehicle crash.  Investigation revealed that a vehicle being driven by Ms. Kristen J Schuelke, 42 of Grafton was traveling north on VT RT 30 when her vehicle struck a car which was exiting a driveway.  The car exiting the driveway was being operated by Mr.  Lyndon E Corriveau, 66 of Townshend.  The investigation revealed that when Mr. Corriveau approached the end of the private driveway, his vehicle skidded on the fresh snow and slid into the path of Ms. Schuelke’s vehicle.  All parties involved were transported to Grace Cottage Hospital / Emergency Department for injuries sustained in this crash.  Both vehicles was towed from the scene by Scott Brooks towing.
