SUMMARY OF CRASH:

Vermont State Police responded to a two car motor vehicle crash that had occurred on Route 4 in the Town of Hartland just east of the Woodstock Town Line.  The initial investigation determined that V#2 was traveling east when Operator#1 collided into the back of V#2.  At the time of the crash the roads were ice covered.  AS a result of the crash both vehicles sustained minor damage. 

The road conditions at the time of the crash are considered to be a contributing factor.
