SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On January 20th 2017, at 1755 hours the Vermont State Police received a call regarding a possibly intoxicated employee refusing to leave 1207 Ethan Allen Highway in the town of Georgia (also known as Exit 18 Maplefields). Upon arrival, Troopers identified Robbie Mumley as the employee in question. Subsequent investigation revealed that Mumley was in fact under the influence of intoxicants, and had been while operating a motor vehicle to and from the scene. Mumley was placed under arrest and brought to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing. Mumley was charged with DUI, and cited to appear in Franklin Superior Court on February 21st 2017 in order to face the aforementioned charge.
