SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On January 31st 2017, at 0008 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Caleb Newton on Nason Street in the town of St. Albans due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that Newton did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Newton was charged with DLS, and cited to appear in Franklin Superior Court on February 27th 2017 in order to face the aforementioned charge.
