SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 01/10/2017 at approximately 0900 hours, Franks parked her vehicle on Route 30 facing southbound near the intersection of Route 30 and Depot Street. At approximately 1015 hours, Franks returned to her vehicle and determined that a passing vehicle had struck her vehicle. As a result of her vehicle being struck, the driver side, side view mirror was damaged. The vehicle that struck the mirror did not stop and at the time of this press release, the vehicle and operator that struck Frank’s vehicle is unknown. Anyone that may have witnessed this incident or has any information is urged to contact Sgt. Buckley at the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks at 802-722-4600.
