Investigation revealed that operator #1, Cali Reed of Haydenville Massachusetts, had been in operation of a 2007 Toyota Camry travelling east bound on VT RT 17. Reed subsequently lost control of the vehicle and travelled off the east bound travelled portion of the roadway colliding with a mailbox and tree. The road way at the time of the collision was ice and snow covered.
