SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On January 3, 2017 at 7:55 with the assistance of Royalton Police located David Barnes on Route 12 in the Town of Bethel shortly after Stone reported that her vehicle had been stolen and then returned.  After a short investigation Barnes was arrested without incident for stealing Stones vehicle and for stealing Geno's vehicle earlier in the year.

Barnes was transported to the Royalton State Police Barracks where he was processed and then released on citations for each offense.
