ACCUSED: Roshawn Mitchell

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Londonderry, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 3, 2017, at approximately 10:33 P.M., the Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Vermont Route 100 in the Town of Londonderry for a report of an intoxicated person. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Roshawn Mitchell was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Mitchell was arrested and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing. Mitchell was photographed and fingerprinted and issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.
