SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 12/22/2016 Troopers from the Royalton Barracks assisted Hartford Parole and

Probation with a possible Parole Violation. During the investigation,

Troopers learned Jesse Kampen had privately purchased and sold multiple firearms. Further investigation also led to the seizure of several ounces of

marijuana. On 1/8/17, Kampen was cited to appear before the Orange County Superior Court to answer to the charges of Possession of Marijuana > 2oz., Distribution of Marijuana, and Convicted Felon in Possession of Firearms.
