SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 1/27/17 at 15:53 Vermont State Police and Halifax Fire responded to a one car rollover on RT 112 in Halifax. Paula L. Falck had been traveling north when she failed to negotiate a curve. Her 2011 Honda CRV crossed the southbound travel lane and went off the roadway, The vehicle struck a tree and rolled onto the roof. Falck received minor cuts but refused medical treatment. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI. She was processed for DUI and released with a citation to appear in court on a later date. She was also issued a ticket for failing to maintain her lane of travel.
