SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 1/21/17 Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle for driving 40 mph over the posted speed limit on Interstate 89 in Bethel.  The vehicle driven by Jennifer Banegas of Long Beach, NY, was clocked at 105 mph.  Banegas was cited for Excessive Speed and released with a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 3/28/17.
