SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 28, 2017, at approximately 1:25 A.M., the Vermont State Police were dispatched to a residence in Londonderry for a report of a family fight. After an investigation, Troopers determined Jerome Lavallee assaulted a household member. Court Clerk Richard Perra set conditions of release for Lavallee and ordered him to appear in Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on January 30, 2017 at 12:30 P.M.
