LOCATION: Cooper Drive Jericho, VT

VIOLATION: Violation conditions of release, Driving license suspended, Domestic

Assault, and Disorderly conduct.

 

ACCUSED: Martin W. Messimer                                          

AGE: 32

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Westford, VT

 

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of

sexual assault or domestic violence.)

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 1/4/2017 at approximately 0227 hours Vermont State

Police responded to the report of a domestic dispute in the town of Jericho.

Upon investigation it was determined that Messimer had violated his court ordered condition of

Release during the course of the dispute.

 

On 1/11/2017 Vermont State Police located Messimer and placed him under arrest. Messimer was lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility with $750 bail.
