SUMMARY OF CRASH: On the evening of 12/04/16 I was patrolling Interstate 91 south near mile marker 132 in the town of St. Johnsbury. I observed a vehicle that had crashed and was facing north in the southbound lane. Investigation revealed the operator Heath to have lost control of the vehicle and struck the guardrail. There were no injuries, further investigation revealed Heath to be operating under the influence of drugs, he was subsequently arrested and processed for DUI drugs. He was lodged at NERCF for probation violations.
