SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the morning of 12-29-16, State Police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle

being operated by Benton (22) on Center Street in the town of Lyndon, VT. Investigation revealed that Benton had a Criminally Suspended License in the State of Vermont. Benton was placed in custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Benton is due to appear in Caledonia Criminal Court on 02-13-17, to answer to the charge of driving with a Criminally Suspended License.
