SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On December 11th, 2016 after an investigation with Adult Protective Services, it was determined there was probable cause that Cody Johnson and Jeannie Cline were involved in several incidents involving a family member. Their alleged conduct in these incidents was reckless and caused unnecessary harm to a vulnerable adult on several occasions. The vulnerable adult has since been removed from the residence and is safe. Both Johnson and Cline were flash cited to appear in the Franklin County Court on December 12th, 2016 for Abuse/Neglect of a Vulnerable Adult and Domestic Assault.
