SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 12-09-16, at approximately 1349 hours, State Police initiated a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle on the Access Road, located in St. Albans.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as Peggy Woodard. Woodard’s license is criminally suspended in the State of Vermont.  Woodard was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in St. Albans for processing.  Woodard was released on a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on February 13th, 2017 for Driving License Suspended.
