SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On December 20, 2016 at approximately  1227 hours, members of the Vermont State Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on a 1997 Ford F-150, for an expired registration. The operator was identified as Frank King. King was found to have a criminally suspended driver's license due to a prior DUI related conviction. King was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on February 13, 2017 at 0830 hours, to answer the charge of Operating after suspension.
