SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 12/16/2016, the Vermont State Police were contacted by the Department of
Probation and Parole regarding a relief from abuse order violation. During the
investigation it was determined that Bedell had violated the court order and was
also in possession of multiple firearms and drugs.

Following a search of the residence, all firearms and drugs were seized by the
Vermont State Police. Bedell was placed under arrest and transported to the New
Haven Barracks. Bedell was subsequently lodged at the Chittenden County
Correctional Center for a probation violation. Bedell was also issued several
criminal tickets by the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
